Worthy, Sohia's cuvee, 2006: 2+

The second half-bottle tasted tonight, this wine had a slightly brown tinge; it had a good "bordeaux blend" nose and taste. Palate a bit muted, some bitterness with an acidic finish according to some, "tannic" according to Winepath. Cab franc and zinfandel were mentioned, possibly from Sonoma's Dry Creek or Alexander Valley.
It was the popular Worthy, the second label of Axios, from Napa. A definite "Bordeaux style", born in California, not bad. Uncle N just tasted the same wine the night before.
